A domain demo / Sample data
Sample data.
Real follow-through.
Halden Supply is a fictional HVAC distributor. Callie works through its records the way she would in a business you run: what needs attention, where the numbers are thin, and how a decision becomes an order or a finished claim.
This is a domain demo, not a customer story. The Owner’s Brief is already built from sample data. The recordings are what happens when someone keeps asking.
The company, the branches, and the orders are invented so the work can be shown. About the release ↓

The next question
is where it gets interesting.
Pick the walkthrough closest to the day you’re imagining: an owner’s decision, a customer’s reply, or a technician’s next job. Chapter markers jump to the part that matters, or you can follow the full story.
About the demo Halden Supply’s records and portals are fictional, shown alongside real public research. Waiting time in the screen recordings is sped up. Playback is not a measure of how long the work takes.
Sound on for the walkthroughs. Ryan narrates what’s happening and why it matters. Callie’s own spoken responses are optional — you can use her entirely through text.

What do I need to know now, so I can act on it?
Go from the big picture to the next decision.
We begin with an Owner’s Brief Callie has already built from Halden Supply’s sample records. Ask what matters today: she follows a credit exception into the invoices, then looks at warranty exposure and a branch’s lost sales.
The brief is a starting point. You can ask the next question and get back to the records behind the answer.
Overdue invoices, the account’s credit position, a warranty worklist, and branch sales comparisons.
The useful part is that you can change it
You know your business
better than this demo.
A detail here may not match how you would handle it. Tell Callie. Change the question, correct an assumption, or explain how the next step should work.
The reports, offers, and procedures took shape through conversation. Warranty intake is one example. Account follow-up is another. The same system can take on different work as you connect more information and explain what you need.
Start with the order, inventory, and accounting systems you already use. Callie can connect the facts across them, investigate an exception, and help carry the next step through. If a useful process is missing — a follow-up schedule, a warranty check, a branch review — you can build it with her.
She keeps the useful context: definitions, preferences, decisions, and working history. The next conversation starts further along.
